Now, this is a modern city, but at the heart of the city is Old Tbilisi: the most interesting part of it. Tbilisi is served by an extensive and diverse public transit network: international airport, metro, railway, municipal buses, minibuses, cabs, cable cars, bike lanes and a funicular. There are numerous luxuries, business and economy hotels; many of such hotels are located in Old Tbilisi or in the heart of capital (City).
Tbilisi has very good experience and all possibilities to host big international sporting competitions, exhibitions or music, film and theatre festivals. At the same time, Tbilisi permanently hosts international scientific symposiums and conferences.
